With over 20 years of experience in the U.S. and Europe, she helps leaders manage the pressure of scaling—misaligned expectations, unclear decision rights, cultural drift, and leadership gaps that surface under speed. She believes clarity is the foundation of effective leadership—and that it should be built from the very first promotion.
Alicia is the creator of The 4Ps Leadership Framework™—a practical system that strengthens leadership across four domains: Personal, People, Purpose, and Process. Her work connects business strategy and human behavior, helping organizations move from reactive leadership to structural clarity.
Living in Barcelona and working internationally, she brings a cross-cultural perspective to leadership. Alicia is an award-winning animal photographer and a mother of two. For her, leadership is always personal.
