As a former startup COO, she scaled teams, led international expansion, and built leadership systems to match rapid growth—giving her firsthand insight into how strategy, communication, and culture must align under pressure.
She’s a Certified ICF PCC Leadership & Systemic Team Coach, Master NLP and Mental Health Coach, with a background in conflict resolution, agile practices, and communication strategy. Alicia holds an M.A. in International Marketing and a B.A. in Advertising, blending business acumen with behavioral insight.
