It's designed for newly promoted or soon-to-be managers who haven't had structured leadership training.

Duration: 40 hours delivered over approximately 6 weeks (to be confirmed)
Format: Online. Blended live sessions + peer coaching + self‑reflection + practical application
Cohort size: 20 people per cohort. Limited to ensure quality interaction and feedback
Delivery method: The pilot runs fully online for accessibility and flexibility. In-person delivery at your location is available upon request and subject to additional travel and facilitation fees.

Yes—we offer assessments and custom add-ons post-pilot.

Pilot fee: €997 per seat (reduced rate) in exchange for participating companies providing testimonials and/or case data.
Full launch fee (after pilot): €2,300 per seat
Fee includes: All live sessions, coaching circles, assessments, toolkits, access to program platform, and post‑program progress mapping.

Managers: Plan for 3-4 hours/week for live sessions.
Organisation: Sponsor must provide access to participant metrics (engagement, retention, performance) and commit to supporting re‑integration of program tools into teams.
Feedback: As a pilot participant (the employee) agree to provide structured feedback at end of program.

Completion is required to receive full benefits and inclusion in case‑study reporting. Partial completion may be accommodated on a case‑by‑case basis. Please contact program admin if you foresee issues at the earliest opportunity so we can explore alternative scheduling or make‑up arrangements.

Yes — though for the pilot we ask for participation in the standard cohort journey to ensure consistency. We will work with you during the strategy phase to ensure relevance and context fit. Further customisation (industry‑specific modules, on‑site workshops) may be available in the full launch version.
